Get Some Rest

Rest is a many splendored thing, but it can also feel uneasy and "unearned," especially if you force a type of rest that is not what you truly need.


For tonight, consider which kind of rest might be most helpful, such as...

🎃 Going to bed early
🎃 Taking a walk
🎃 Reading for fun
🎃 Watching a deep cut from your watch list
🎃 Talking to a friend
🎃 Lying down on the couch
🎃 Doing some deep breathing
🎃 Going screenless for a few minutes
🎃 Being alone
🎃 Listening to your favorite podcast
🎃 Cook or order food and give yourself time to really enjoy it
