Strengths Based Coaching Model

Don’t need a therapist but still want to work on some things? I offer strengths-based coaching for individuals and groups without current psychotherapy needs who are seeking immediate, actionable solutions for personal and professional goals. Coaching is a collaborative process in which I help clients identify their goals, resources, and plans for immediate progress.

Coaching differs from therapy in that it does not involve the diagnosis, treatment, or management of mental health disorders, and it is not a service covered by health insurance. Clients who are interested in immediate, actionable solutions for personal and professional goals may be a good fit for strengths-based coaching. Prospective coaching clients must complete an initial assessment to determine the appropriateness for coaching services. If a client develops or exhibits mental health issues while receiving coaching, I will refer them to another licensed mental health clinician for psychotherapy.
